Those people need to prosecute the case themselves, in State Court.

They can go after 'Bill of Rights' violations, against not only the union officials, but ALSO after the judges and courts themselves.

These are serious criminal offenses - and can be prosecuted in both Federal and State Courts - 'denial of civil rights under colour of law' for the judges (a federal FELONY crime) ... and felony denial of civil rights against the union people.

RICO and other laws come into play here.

The key here is that they MUST BYPASS THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS and obtain bills of indictment directly from Grand Juries.

And if that doesn't do the trick - they should start arming themselves and protecting themselves and their property with FORCE. Property includes ones personal information.

The time for revolt is nigh.
