Fixed. This is a problem that's inherent in the site. There is a limit to the number of characters that can be included within an attribute. If that number is exceeded, the page displays black. Since I use italix to denote quoted text, I frequently have to break up a long page with several italic attribute pairs. Never have figured out exactly how many characters are allowed.
Header of post only showing - no body ... (not even the 'black page' for a new symptom to the list) .... Aware of the limits ... like you, no idea how many chars allowed ...
