btw: Did you catch the Military Appeals court ruling on the bearded terrorist tribunal ? They really weenied out - said they had nothing to rule on, that the appeal was invalid, because, get this, the Trial Court Judge had NOT ACTUALLY ORDERED HIM TO SHAVE the thing off.
