Mittens Romneycare: The Shit Sandwich Speaks

“In regards to women’s healthcare, look I’m the guy who was able to get healthcare for all the women and men in my state,” said Romney. “They’re just talking about at the federal level, we actually did something and we did it without cutting Medicare and without raising taxes.”
“I’m very proud of what we did and the fact that we helped women, men and children in our state,” he said.
Romney’s campaign in recent weeks has invoked his Massachusetts healthcare law more often. The former governor has always defended his healthcare overhaul, but has avoided making it a centerpiece of his campaign.
Four years ago, shortly after The Foreign Student’s election as President, I had no conception of the horror I would face in the next election.
How we ended up with a GOP socialist running against a Democrat communist is, well, unfathomable to me. I just want to grab every American who had anything to do with this by the throat and scream, “Are you fucking insane? How could you let this happen?”
By the time the actual election rolls around, I expect Mittens will be running as a compassionate conservative, pledging to “reach across the aisle to work in a non-partisan fashion to tweak Romneycare – er, Obamacare – into a version more suitable for the American peeeeepul as a whole.”
