They are attempting to avoid sentencing a muslim terrorist to death - one who was in our military.

This exuberance for PC correctness by the court martial board is making a pure mockery of our Military Code of Justice.

They should shackle the son-of-a-bitch, forcibly shave him, and be done with it - with not an apology one.

Now, now, ribit, we must maintain the rule of law. That said, a military tribunal's not a traditional court of law. I'm not sure about this, but it seems like they are trying to turn it into a mix between the two. Maybe I've watched too much tv.
