I sincerely hope that the Rutherford institute pursues, not a civil suit - but a FELONY CRIMINAL INDICTMENT of all that were involved in denying Brandon his first amendment rights.

What was done was a FEDERAL FELONY - because it was done under 'colour of law'.

His release is not anywhere in the universe of being 'close enough' to real justice.
