ribit, that's that's what I started with. It was killing my system for some reason. I went with their full-blown product and it just wasn't working right. It drove me and my pc nuts. That was years ago, now.
I'll have to reconsider it.
The last couple of days, everything's been working fine.
I was happy with spyzooka until the recent fiasco. But spyzooka's a spyware product, not anti-virus, per se. Webroot cleaned up a lot. Now it doesn't come up with anything, while spyzooka's catching tracking cookies and such. It's possible Webroot caught Spyzooka planting problems to catch, but that's not necessarily the case. Webroot quarantined spyzooka's download. Haven't had that bug for awhile, so I'm hoping the system's clean now. Very fishy.
