Yes - This shit IS definitely of concern, and is insidious in its evil nature ....
Yet - what is FAR, FAR more dangerous, directly, and currently implemented - are the plethora of illegal searches, detainments, denial of habeus corpus, suspension of right to trial by jury, and stripping of ALL the rights guaranteeing Freedom of Peaceable Assembly. This even occurs directly on the entrance to ANY Court House in even medium size metropolises today - which can't be more 'In Our Faces' than that - and the sheeple not only go along with it, but treat any that OBJECT as tried and convicted criminals.
To the 'military firing on our people' - without going back and finding the exact reference and precise person - Suffice it to repeat what that General had to say about this sort of stuff (which WAS written by a Colonel)

It is too easy for me to go off the deep end of paranoia ... and concentrating on this type of stuff can cause that to happen quickly.
Valid concerns - Absolutely.
