That is certainly a TRUE statement ....

all of them devolve into forcible cost-shifting enabled by government.

Including the point about INSURANCE INDUSTRY forced cost shifting in the 'medical industry' - because, as you properly note, that is done hat in hand with government force.

Neither Romney nor Ryan appear to be capable of telling the truth.

Now, How is that REALLY any different from the POS-PAIR that we currently have ?

Matter of degrees ?

Hmmmmm - slow boil, or a quick deep fry - either way, we're cooked.

He doesn't 'blame' the medical industry. He blames government:

Ryan's plan is a failure because it fails to address the primary causes of the cost distortion that we have seen over the last 30 years -- and all of them devolve into forcible cost-shifting enabled by government.

Anyway, the piece is about exposing the political lies and misdirection, not an analysis of the health-care quagmire.
