Password first, Linda. Then prompt for the 'token'. Paypal uses a similar security system and I use it for most online transactions. Bank of America (much as I hate 'em) has a nifty online purchasing system for secure credit card purchases. On their site, past the account security of course, they issue a one-time use credit card number as a proxy for your actual card number. You use the proxy number for an online purchase and it's treated as a transaction on your actual card. This way you never give out your real credit card number.

Paypal is more convenient, however, so I only occasionally use the BofA card security scheme.

Thanks, I'll look into it. A token generator. I think that creates a secure tunnel, then you enter your password on top of that, if I recall correctly. I'll check the bank.
