Yes, Ø'feuhrer IS definitely a fool - and fairly low on the 'IQ' scale.
That said - Those that PUT him in power have been overwhelmingly successful in achieving their goals - goals that Ø'Feuhrer holds dear to the core of his being.

Narcissism and sociopathy are inseparable - ALL sociopaths are extreme narcissists.
