I don't think that narcissism and sociopathy are inseparable, mon. For example, consider the title character in Dexter, who is a sociopath but not even a little bit narcissistic. The narcissist needs the approval and adoration of others, but that is not necessarily a sociopathic trait.

DSM-IV separates the two (ahem) conditions as Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and Anti-Social Personality Disorder (APD)

What the two have in common is a lack of empathy or remorse. Both must dominate or control. The President of the US should be neither.

Yes, Ø'feuhrer IS definitely a fool - and fairly low on the 'IQ' scale.

That said - Those that PUT him in power have been overwhelmingly successful in achieving their goals - goals that Ø'Feuhrer holds dear to the core of his being. 


Of particular note, is NOT that the idiot is an idiot - but that the idiot is a SOCIOPATH and NARCISSIST of the highest orders.

Narcissism and sociopathy are inseparable - ALL sociopaths are extreme narcissists. The PIECE OF SHIT occupying the White House is one of the WORST sociopaths that I have ever seen - on the order of the old Czars of Russia (whose inbreeding resulted in many cases of total madness) - and other historical ne'er-do-wells.
