More interesting to me is that this is the only reference to an American 'kamikazi' operation that I've ever seen, and the purpose was the delivery of a nuclear device. In the half-century since the development of that man-carried atomic bomb, surely there have been such advances in miniaturization that an even smaller weapon is likely available to our armed forces. Couple this with the emerging drone technology and you get a truly frightening capacity for strategically delivered death and destruction.
