The constitution was written by brilliant men in a manner that could be understood by common men. A constitution that can only be understood by Professors of Constitutional law and the supreme court isn't worth the paper it is written on. If I have to stand on one foot while hoppin up and down, rub my head, pat my stomach from inside a closet with all the lights off in order to "see" their reasoning, then their reasoning is a pile of puppy poop. The only way it could be any worse is if they have the constitution translated into latin and read to us by men wearing funny clothes about once a week.

Independence from Obummer coming. Only, with anti-Constitutional calls of late, who can trust them with a simple definition?

President Obama says he was born in Hawaii. Photo Credit:AP/J. Scott Applewhite An announcement is expected sometime in the fall on whether the U.S. Supreme Court will decide just exactly who is a “natural born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution for all those who would be president.

Officials with the Liberty Legal Foundation confirmed they have filed an appeal of the ruling from the state Supreme Court in Georgia, and a decision by the nation’s highest court on whether it will accept the case is expected over the coming months. ...

According to a statement from Van Irion, chief of Liberty Legal, the case that stems from a Georgia dispute “is the first to present the U.S. Supreme Court with a substantive ruling on the definition of natural born citizen under the Constitution.”
