Wacko alert. This is pretty outrageous.

The U.S. Presbyterian Church has recently voted to impose a Boycott/Divestment Sanctions ban on
cucumber farmers, whose Kirby cucumbers are used to make kosher pickles that are widely consumed in the USA.

Said church spokesman Kirk Cuke: "We have learned that American-grown cucumbers are pickled, canned
and exported in large quantities to Israel, and that fresh cucumbers are grown in many European countries and sold to Israel for pickling. The consumption of these pickles by members of Mossad, the Israeli military, and their sale by Israeli merchants and supermarkets directly supports the Israeli oppression of the Palestinians."

Similar resolutions against Caterpillar because its bulldozers are used to displace Palestinians and Hewlett-Packard and other corporations whose products are widely used in Israel have recently failed. But this does not bother the pro-Palestinian sympathizers who have infiltrated liberal and peace groups in the US, food co=ops, and the US Green Party, in order to promote BDS against Israel.

Said Cuke: "We will pursue every BDS opportunity to insure that Israel is punished for its misdeeds. Our list of prospective BDS efforts includes manufacturers of corkscrews that may be used to open kosher wine, fabric mills in Asia and elsewhere who make yamulkas that might be worn by Israelis, wheat farmers in the midwest whose wheat is used in the manufacture of matzos, and manufacturers of wooden musical instruments such as the clarinet, which is widely used in Jewish klezmer music".

He admitted the extreme difficulty of such boycotts in the face of what he surreptitiously called "the heavy control by the Jews of the media, entertainment, the food industry, banking, government, sports, real estate, travel, education, music, the arts, medicine, law and writing", casually noting that some of his best friends were Jews. He did not answer the loaded question as to whether Jewish domination in these fields suggested some kind of intellectual or artistic superiority.

When asked about human women whose sheared hair is often used to make wigs for orthodox Jewish women,
he paused briefly and then said that they were considering proposing legislation that would make it illegal for human hair to be re-used once it is cut, even though this would punish nonJewish women. "We regret any inconvenience this might cause these gentile women, but believe this will be an educational moment for them to realize that every act has consequences and that the personal is the political".
