I missed 60 Minutes, due to Mother's Day, but wanted to see a couple of the segments, which I tracked down. The videos are interesting and fairly short.
Hank Crumpton was in charge of the Afghanistan Operation, which was the first war run by the CIA.
The Turkish charter schools reportedly only teach science and math, not religion. Interesting, nonetheless, since Gulen is building schools around the world (a network?). The Gulen movement might be responsible for some of Turkey's past moderation, according to 60 Minutes. Gulen is now in self-imposed exile in Pennsylvania. Something to be aware of, perhaps.
