Yeah, that's the one. I wonder if ya could build windmills like that and put em in a "missile silo" type structure so ya could lower em into the ground in the event of high winds. That would probaly add a bazillion dollars to the cost though wouldn't it. I am convinced that wind or solar power will be as common as hydro electric if it can be made cost effective.

There was a guy who lived down the road a piece who had bunch of auto radiators painted solid black and stuck in what was like one of them glass boxes for growing stuff in the wintertime. He hooked the radiators to a water system that pumped water up thru the radiators where it got hot and then back down to copper pipes that ran thru his concrete floor in the house thus heating the floor and his whole house. Ran off a small electric pump. Used the same water over and over. Dunno if it worked or not, but he was thinkin.
