Due, Thanks, it might be worth a try. I anticipate they won't be receptive, though, since they have lowered my ceiling a couple of times. The balances are high and I have several cards, but have been coming down. They're much higher on BOA. Next year I'll have a SS check, which I'll use to pay bills and pay down the highest interest cards. But the interest is staggering. Interesting they make their money off me, yet want to destroy my credit, while reducing the balance and payments. Yeah, boa sux.

I think what I'll do is if I get into a conversation with them, I'll float it...

Tell Chase what you're paying BofA. From your credit report, they can see that you're current there and may be willing to increase your limit so you can transfer the BofA balances. Tell 'em that you will close the BofA accounts upon transfer so you're not increasing available credit, but rather just consolidating the higher interest obligations. Worth a try.
