THE GOVERNMENT MUST BE PUT INTO DEADLOCK - AND QUIT 'accomplishing' things - THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP THE SLIDE FROM GETTING WORSE.

In that way, Romney is FAR more dangerous long term than the usurper. The SCOTUS point MIGHT be valid - HOWEVER - I seriously doubt that Romney's appointments will be any better than the current circle jerker in office.
