My friend I work just had one of those stents put in. It was a 4 hour deal, and out he was back to workin the next day. Light duty of course but amazing this stuff now-a-days. Good luck Thumbs Up

The docs say I have a blockage in my heart's left anterior descending artery (the widowmaker!) and tomorrow I'm scheduled for a coronary catheterization, angiogram and possibly (probably) angioplasty with placement of a drug eluding stent.

Routine stuff these daze. Here's what it looks like:

If they just do the cath, it's an outpatient procedure. If they place a stent, they'll keep me there overnight. If all goes well, I should be back online by wednesday evening.
