This Judge should be disbarred.
This is unbelievable. In a nutshell, a guy wears a Prophet Mohammad costume in a Halloween parade, exercising his right to free speech. He's attacked by a muslim who believes it's illegal to mock Muhammed. A criminal prosecution against the Muslim attacker ensues (The Commonwealth of PA vs Talaaq E). The judge rules for the attacker, dismissing the case on the basis of Sharia law and recognition of the privliged status of Islam. The Constitution's trashed in favor of Islamic sharia law.
What is it we want to leave to the next generation?

John Hinderaker, on the chilling instance of a criminal prosecution in Pennsylvania that was dismissed based on an application of sharia law and a recognition of the special, privileged status of Islam.
As Hinderaker points out at the link, one might have thought that the Constitution is the last line of defense protecting those who exercise their God-given right of free speech. Apparently not, at least in Pennsylvania.
