Update. I HAVE the book. I just went to get a book on my bookcase and ran into it. I bought so many from Borders I'm getting lost. I better inventory my stuff, but that's a job too.
At any rate, so glad you brought this book up, since you saved me $7.16 (hardcover's cheaper than paperback on Amazon)! Amazon's delaying the order allowed me to cancel it....

Funny you should mention that. I ordered this book on 1/28 and haven't received it because I used free shipping and ordered it with a pre-order of Pakistan on the Brink by Rashid, to be released March 15th. This is the first time they have not broken up the order and shipped the available items. They must be trying to reduce their postage costs. Ticks me off. I'm a good customer! Guess I shouldn't complain, though, but I'll have to remember this change in policy, assuming it is one.
I read Andy's book, Wilful Blindness which was about as tight a book as I've read. He was a prosecuter as you no-doubt know and he left no loose ends. I read his book before a meeting with him on it and could only come up with one question for him. It was good.
So, I doubt we'll be disappointed in this book and it is certainly an important topic.
I tell ya, every day without exception I'm reading huge problems with these cursed 'Islamists' in our country. It's unbelievable.
