Ending the 'war on drugs' doesn't necessarily mean legalizing 'em, you know. The WoD has been a spectacular failure and money pit. In the name of drug law enforcement, the police in the USA have essentially been militarized and the use of SWAT is way out of control.

Due, ok, that's goodness. There is a chance he would pick these things up, but he seems very stubborn. He might reverse policies that would be terribly damaging as CIC. Of course that is subjective.

I would like to see some of his ideas factored in, and I don't mean legalizing drugs. At least he is getting more face time to express his thoughts. I wonder if he tries to submit bills on some of them. I don't know his record on that...
