Obama's attorney's will use every trick in the book to stall discovery until after the election. If push comes to shove, I wouldn't be surprised if Orly suffers an 'accident'. The case is in Georgia court, but any disclosures will have national implications. There are other similar cases pending as well.

It's too late to remove Obama and it's not likely that there will be any resolution in the case that will force him to withdraw from the 2012 election.

Orly's not nearly as competent as Leo, so I follow his Natural Born Citizen blog for realistic discussion about the eligibility battle.

Due,

This is great stuff!

I am wondering what the ultimate scenarios are with the USURPER in Chief having to prove his eligibility to be President wind up being as I am making an assumption here that this person is not legally eligible to run for the office of President?

Will this be a Georgia only thing or do you think it will spread to other states as well and ultimately to the Supreme Court?

Fantasy land wishes are that we could remove this imposter. Even better, try him for treason.

Do you have any legal opinions or theories as to what may come of this ultimately?

I like it.
