So, get a couple of big cardboard boxes and cover them in chicken wire and you're a-ok.

Now these faraday cages are apparently in use in German power plants.

Wonder if they use them here. So far, we've handled x-class flares pretty well. They are corrosive to even buried pipes in conduits if I recall correctly. Then, we have a lot of stuff overhead. Why dpon't they muse wires with built in faraday cages over the cladding? Too expensive, I presume. I will have to ask a friend about this, how protected the US is.

p.s., damn nuclear plants...
