I might have been correct in my theorizing about sustainability, but sustainability of a different sort -- demographics. I didn't realize the world is going to have sharp population decline after we hit 7.5 billion. See Goldman's, How Civilizations Die. Very challenging, handling this next bubble. Yet, the solution, keeping women barefoot and pregant would throw us into the other sustainabilty problem -- natural resources. Oy veh!
The problem if some view Islam as the answer to the dilema is Muslim states have this problem in spades. ISLAM is not a means of keeping women barefoot and pregnant as one might have thought. Then maybe those pushing Islam here have another motive, hard to know!
