...there is a legal requirement that the accused be allowed to face his accuser. There is no requirement that the accused be forced to attend. Was I king (and I dam well should be by now) these folks would be notified when and where their trials would be held. If they choose not to show up, it ain't my problem. I would try em in abstencia and if convicted I would dispatch executioners to carry out the sentence.
