The 9.02 update for IE made the change for that browser. I suspect that Chrome uses the IE environment. Opera went to cryptic cookies and cache filenames a long time ago, leading the field as usual.

Thanks. I use Surfsaver on IE, so I do need to use it, unfortunately. Then, Chrime is hanging up a lot for whatever reason. I may try another, but Chrome makes RB as fast as AB, which is amazing...

i did find chrome has a window to view cookies, so I can go in there and delete them individually. Guess that's ok.

Something else is going on for there to be a change like this across both browsers. Maybe maintenance...
