At first, I was going to take exception to the title of that piece.
Then I read the article. Well stated.
They (sic: the democrats) are, in fact, the kind of people who should worry even the least paranoid among us.
That said, I am STILL going to take exception to the title.
There has been absolutely nothing 'slow' about the democrat party abandoning democracy.
They did so several decades ago.
It has just now become so glaringly obvious, even to 'the least paranoid among us', that no one in their right mind (pardon the pun) could think otherwise.
