Interesting - except that the human body can withstand 32G's (positive 32) of acceleration force.

Now, if the coaster is on the OUTSIDE of those loops - the G's become negative - which, indeed, would be lethal.

Negative G's - human body can sustain fewer than 3 negative G's for any 'prolonged' period of time (ie. longer than a second or two).
