Can you enumerate and elaborate on which principles of the United States Constitution were thrown out the window in this so-called war - what the current ACCEPTED practices both in LE and the Courts are in this un-holy war - and reconcile those to U.S. Constitutional Principles ?

Although anecdotal - even this 'small exchange' should emphasize, again, that freedoms and liberties are NOT primarily sacrificed for 'economic gain' - as previously argued, but are EASILY sacrificed by initiating the appropriate, "State of Fear".
