...an old story about WWII. Seems Hitler wanted to use Switzerland for somethin and the Swiss said "NO". Hitler told the swiss king (or whatever) "You only have a half million man army, what will you do if I invade with a million men?"

The Swiss King says, "I will issue each of my men two bullets".

ribit, Not to worry, I'll zap 'em with my ray gun. Smile

I feel safer without a weapon and I feel safe here.

Of course there's stuff to grab if you're having a home invasion.

Only reason I thought about it was when one of those emails went around that said something new -- gun ownership in the US deters external enemies from attacking us. How's that for a twist on the theme of protecting yourself!
