...there's somethin about cops these days that I find annoying and that's this "failure to obey" thingy. If a cop turns on his blue light or tells me to halt I can see pulling over to the side if driving or turning around to see what he wants, but Ive seen cops pull regular lookin people over and order them to the ground, they cuff em and search em. If they don't get on the ground when ordered to do so, they can get tackled or tazed. Back when I was a cop ya couldn't do anything like that unless the citizen made an overt threat or took some sort of physical action against ya. I realize that the cops today have problems that we didn't have fifty years ago, but it's their problem, not mine.
