I do not have ANY difficulty backing up OUTLOOK at all. I simply EXPORT the .PST file from my contacts, INBOX, sent box to a folder I set up on a flash drive and call them outlook inbox backup.pst, etc...
micro, isn't Outlook difficult to backup, due to security and have limits on disk space? Always surprised me that Outlook was less advanced in many ways than Express, except for things like the calendar.
