ribit, it was, but it seems to be gone. Thing is, it was a talk or press conference or something on the lawn so it's hard to pick it up on a search. And that's why context's important. Maybe he was saying bring down the US troop levels or something. Very odd. I'll have to see if it's buried on my other PC, one of these days. but not for awhile. Could happen sooner than later, though, as it could bug me, now.
No one has done more to keep us safe, so it's hard to imagine what such a statement would be unless an error, slip of the tongue...
