Monkey, I think we were watching two different videos. The one I watched said the box covers said blueberry and had pix of bluberries, but didn't contain ANY blugerries, bits or otherwise. One went as far as saying it had bits on the front, but had none listed in the ingredients.

Seems like that is more than deceptive advertising, to me.

Linda - they aren't calling the 'crapola' blueberries.
They are calling the miniscule, microscropic, teensy weensy, itty bitty, sub-atomic particles of actual fruit in the products .... "blueberries".

The 'crapola' is CLEARLY (sic) listed on the fronts of those packages with the term 'NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS' - along with their pictures of crapola that look like blueberries.

The list of ingredients on every package, clearly show the 'crapola' ingredients long before the sub-atomic percentage of 'actual' blueberries.

As I said, very damned deceptive - but the information is ALL there on the package for the alert consumer and there is no legal fraud taking place.
