The point is that xylitol can be used just like sugar in baking or cooking. Lower calories than sugar by 40%; no carbs; and xylitol is actually good for your teeth. It's completely natural--typically made from birch trees or corn stalks.
I'll make a note of that, but I don't have much of a use. I don't use a sweetner in coffee or tea and don't have a recipie/machine to make carbonated soda -- cola.
