Recall the recent General who has already 'turned his weapons on his officers.' The General that had the cajones to lay it on the line about obama - and who, subsequently, was fired.

Or the Officer, that refused to obey orders to deploy, challenging the Constitutionality of those orders in light of a usurper having taken office. An officer who faced court martial and imprisonment.

The power of the press - and freedom of speech, are the two most powerful weapons in our, and the military's, hands.

what would the soldiers in the military do?

...they would follow orders, at least at first and the orders would be passed down from a command structure appointed by the president. It would take some huge cahones for the first soldier to turn his weapons on his officers.
