...before I invest in anything, I have to have a reasonable expectation that I will make a profit and that if I make a profit that the government will not take most of it. I do not have that expectation while Obama and the democrats are in power and I am sitting on what I have until that particular problem is corrected. I assume that most people feel the same way.

...spending your way out of debt is like the guy who got a hole in his boat and it was filling with water so he put another hole in the bottom of his boat so they water could run out.

Senate Democrats seek new economic stimulus

Democrats in the Senate on Wednesday called on Vice President Joe Biden to include new economic stimulus spending in deficit-reduction talks as a way of lowering the 9.1 percent jobless rate that is hobbling the economic recovery.
