Bob, Years ago - when people had cheated me, my family, and others - I pursued to the limits of my resources, abilities, and talents legal recourse by any means possible (State of Texas, FBI, SEC, Local authorities on terrorist threats, and other Federal Agencies ... not to mention a very vocal, and well orchestrated campaign revealing their fraud to other investors via PUBLIC MEANS on the Internet) against John W. Adair, Julal Alghani/aka Jay Abdul-Ghani aka Jalal Abdulghani aka .... and other criminals of 'Adair International Oil and Gas'.

It was EXTREMELY costly to me; both personally, professionally, and financially - and the triumph in the end of them being out of business, and all their manufactured lawsuits against me (and others) either being summarily dismissed or settled in my favour ... Well, let's just summarize it this way: The rewards were NOT commensurate with the experience.

Oklahoma is a strange state for 'legal dealings' - especially when it involves a member of one of their tribes. That is NOT an issue with your situation.

I would suggest to you, Bob - that 'sanctions' against RightHaven are not NEARLY commensurate with what they have done. They have attempted extortion, fraud, and wire fraud against you and dozens (if not HUNDREDS) of others. This is definitely a case for criminal prosecution against RightHaven by not only the State Attorney General (or equiv.) of Oklahoma - but also for prosecution under the 'interstate wire fraud', telecommunicaions act, and RICO statutes by the Federal Authorities.

Up to you, sir - and absolutely NO JUDGMENT from me if you decide to 'let it slide' - I am well aware of ALL the costs involved - and they ARE quite considerable.
