So, why was he unable to take his father's name? Some deal between the parents, or isn't the mother most important in some quarters? Although, it's uncommon to use the mother's last name. . . .
More likely a nugget from the Tanzanian mining operations he owns. Sinclair is as connected as one can possibly be in the financial world.
