micro, they have been talking about these chips for years now. They have even mentioned inserting them in new borns. HEY, it works for pets! Wave the wan and know who the owner is. Of course, with Americans, the owner will be Washington, DC.
And those will be inserted under the skin of the hand or wrist and the explanation will be that "this way, it is more convenient for you and your informatin will be readily available".
