monkey, I thought it was pretty unique and worthy of thought. I still have an open window on it to read again. Glad it struck a cord.

Yep, very important point that the economy was built on cheap energy.

Another related point... people tend to live up to their incomes, with little to spare.

I like that article, Linda.

That one is a definite keeper.

How many more ways do 'we' say that our entire economy was built on ...... CHEAP ENERGY.

Remember, you heard it HERE, firstest and mostest. *w*

Some other very intriguing ways of looking at things in that article also.

A keeper, and one for more 'study, review, and cogitatin' '; those types don't come around that often - at least not in 'my field'.

Always intrigued by 'different' ways of looking at things - new perspectives. Don't always LIKE the 'different perspective' - but rarely do they fail to deliver something of value.
