Yes, this is quite unfortunate. I don't alter articles that I post, and any comments that I make within the article are in brackets and in bold with my initial so it is clear that these are my own words. I usually (if maybe naively) figured that, since it is my practice to always include a link to the article, the publisher would be appreciative of the additional exposure to his publication. Oh well ... I guess from now on I will have to only provide a link to articles I deem important enough to post. But, in truth, this will only serve to drastically reduce my posts ... and further exposure to their sites.

We DO attempt to make several editorial comments (via comments, highlighting, formatting, pictures, etc.) on the FULL articles here on Constitution - which copyright laws do allow - yet, that is a legal argument that would take mucho dinero to argue and more headaches than it could ever be worth to the fine and worthy owner of this here site.
All posters on this board already hold tightly to the rule 'always post the article link' - but 'link rot' is rampant - thus, the reason for posting entire articles. Unless the entire articles are posted, they are effectively composted forever in the land of ethershit.
