I was just thinking, if Obama's in the picture watching the action, it seems likely that he could have pulled the plug on the action if he wanted to. Maybe that piece is to keep Obama's image up in enemy territory....
I seem to recall Obummer backing down on attacking the Solamli pirates, too. He also backed down on Usama prior to this incident. Re Usama, there were many times he was in the crosshairs and we didn;'t pull the trigger. Not sure why, but pre-Obummer, too.
