When former police officer Donald Charles Unsworth passed away in Rome, Georgia this past September, he had left a unique idea for memorial contributions.

His obituary is pictured [below].

In case any of you have trouble reading it, the part highlighted in yellow reads as follows:

The family respectfully asked in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or to the campaign of whoever is running against President Barack Obama in 2012.
