Basically it is that only on a smaller scale. I have drawn the plans today myself with my drafting table. Most expensive thing is the Siding panels. Those are a tad over $35.00 apiece and I need around 14 of them maybe more...
I am actuallylooking forward to it. What I am not lookingforward to is what to do with tjhe old shingles and lumber we take off.. That could be a small problem..
So, after doingthis, I onlyhave to wait on my Landscaping company to come and do their work I had quoted, like bringing in 25 yards of top soil and leveling the entire back yard in all the low areas and raise the height along one side boundary about 4 inches high x 4 foot wide and about 75 feet in length... Remnove a 44 year old oversozed 60 foot , 3 foot diameter trun Maple tree and cover all the roots. Grass seed and fertilize and straw over everything.
So that is project 2.
Project 3 is having a fnce and multiple gates installed so the dog can be confined in the back yard.
Lots to do, Thankfully I can hire out most of it except building the new storage shed.
Should be a fun next several months...
