...increasing at a decreasing rate? Kinda like congressional spending. Im certainly glad they have a sound plan.

I snagged this out of a video. I've been saying for a while that the doubling time was less than two weeks. Still, the magnitude of today's numbers lends gravitas. While it took 71 days (far more, really, if you consider that the disease originated in November) to reach 1 million cases. It took just 12 days to reach 2 million cases.

HOWEVER, the rate of spread is slowing. Six days after hitting the 2 million milestone... today... total cases will hit 2.5 million. It obviously won't get to 4 million in another 6 days.
