Around 1998 DE, and it was everything included, He had to put 2 6 foot sand filters on the bottom, They aint cheap. Normal wells only require one. Never ran out of water though. 2 homes on that well also.....

There's no telling. They go until they get 30 gallons per minute.

They DID tell me how deep other wells in the area have been, but I've forgotten. I do know that the full cost for the well/pump/holding tank, etc is going to be about $12k. When was your $6k well? Prices have gone up a huge amount in recent years...

In fairness to the well company, this well is servicing two buildings. That makes it a bit more complex and expensive.
