Of course, trailer parks tend to be placed in less desirous locations, such as flood plains and other low-lying areas ... and tornadoes do have a habit (not always, but often) of following along lower lying areas ... so, empirical evidence would have some believe that trailer parks are boob-bait for tornadoes, don'tcha know.
Tornadoes are mindless, after all. Therefore, if da king wishes to place a few decoy trailer parks around his kingdom to fool these mindless twisters to follow a less injurious path, then so be it ... especially if da king sees to it that said trailer parks are inhabited by Democrats. I realize he said "lure 'em away from inhabited areas" in his statement, but Democrats don't count as "inhabitants" ... at least, not ones you care about, anyway.
